There are so many terms you need to know when talking cloth – for old timers it comes as a second langauge, but if you’re a first time parent thinking about cloth diapering, it can be totally overwhelming.
This FREE cloth diaper download is a mini guide to all the cloth diaper terminology and acroynms to get you started. There’s a few more in book, but this is the vast majority.
That said new terms come out all the time, don’t be scared to ask someone to slow down and tell you why and what.

Not neccesarily, my book is nothing revolutionary. It’s everything I’ve already written adn collected for the web but in on handy resource.
If you want to learn about cloth diapering in the palm of your hand – then yes. If you want to have a reference guide, then yes. If you want to support this space, then yes.
But my book is simply a beginners guide to cloth diapering compiled into a paper resource for you to check out. And hopefully, not overwhlem you.

why so many acronyms
Acroynms are life, they just happen in communities as they become niche’d and connected. The cloth diaper community, the parenting community, and many others rely on acronyms as a way to simplify conversations – but in doing so we also exclude and overwhelm.
Do I have to memorize cloth diaper lingo?
Nope, most of these cloth diaper lingo terms can be quickly googled or cross referenced. Don’t stress about memorizing, and instead ask people to slow down.
