Happy Holidays! Thank you for everyone who attended, started a conversation, and joined in on the fun. Some of you were cooking dinner and chatting with us, while others quickly tucked in their kids. I know attending an event as a parent can be challenging, but I’m so thrilled that you made the time to do it last night. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for joining me on this adventure of trying new things, creating new spaces, and coming together. A total of 43 brands, retailers, creators, and community advocates joined us last night for an hour and half of social time. Provide feedback on the event and what you’d like to see in our next event. I was unable to draw door prize winners last night during the event, but here we are bright and early the next morning. Please email me back (clothdiaperpodcast@gmail.com) to claim your door prize withing one week, and I’ll connect you via email with the correct brand to make the next details happen.
It is the holiday season – getting these gifts and prizes may take longer than expected with changes in business hours and time off. Upcoming Cloth Diaper Network Events

It will happen and I’m exicted for it, just working through the steps as we get there.
Other links and information shared My email list is the best way to get updates on the Network until a formalized space is created, and you can join it here. I cannot share the list of attendees from tonights event with you as per privacy laws around email sharing, but if you’d like to have your contact information shared with other attendees, please join this email list, and Jennifer Reinhardt will be managing that sharing relationship. If you’d like to book a 1:1 call with me to discuss anything, this is my calendar link. I love to connect, learn where you’re at, and discuss more.
Stay Up To Date Right now, the best way to stay up to date with everything happening is to follow me, the Cloth Diaper Podcast, and get on my email list. I probably should create a seperate accounts for industry information, but until we’ve kinda agreed on a name, I’m feeling torn on that.
I am working on a quarterly newsletter to provide some news about what’s going on with the industry and will share via emaillist.
Question I never answered What’s the best thing and the hardest thing about being in the cloth diaper industry? The best thing is the people I’ve gotten to meet. This is such a diverse industry because you don’t come into from a college degree… instead when you sit down in a room of cloth diaper brands you have people who are graphic designers, massage therapists, environmental science techs, teachers, nurses, and more. I love how much knowledge everyone brings to the space. The hardest thing about being in the industry is the diversity of opinions, and learning to find a way to mutually respect that. It’s not easy, and working through that as an individual is very hard. Learning to sit down at the table with people you disagree with will always be the hardest part of this industry. Thank You. I’m so humbled you chose to attend this event, and look forward to working with many of you in the future. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy holiday season, and I wish you all the best.
Take time to relax, and we look forward to chatting about cloth diapers in the new year
